Job summary

Monarch Communities in Delaware is hiring a Caregiver to support residents under the supervision of the Clinical Services Director. This full-time, non-exempt role offers an hourly wage of $21.00–$22.00 and requires CNA and/or DHS certification plus a High School Diploma.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality, document care, and promptly report changes to supervision.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant and/or DHS certification
• High School Diploma
• Experience working with elderly population; dementia experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care to include bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding per care plan
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents
• Escort residents to meals and activities
• Ensure residents are clean, NEAT, safe and fed during assigned shifts
• Document all services provided during the shift
• Report any change of condition to supervisor immediately
