Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant credential required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge/experience in elderly care; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as per care plan.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document services provided during shift.
• Report changes in condition to supervisor.
