Job summary

Monarch Communities in Kennett Square, PA is seeking a Caregiver to join our evening shift team. You will assist residents with daily living activities in alignment with each resident’s care plan, reporting to the Clinical Services Director.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers $20.00–$22.00 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to contribute to a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant and/or DHS certification.
• High School Diploma.
• Experience with elderly population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding as outlined in the care plan.
• Maintain safety, dignity, confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, safe and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during your shift.
• Report any change of condition to supervisor immediately.

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant and/or DHS certification
