Job summary

Monarch Communities in Selbyville, Delaware is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents daily under the Health & Wellness Director. This non-exempt, hourly role offers full-time, part-time or PRN shifts.

You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility, activities, and daily living per each resident’s care plan, document services, and promptly report any changes to your supervisor. Valid CNA and a passion for elder care are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant credential or equivalent.
• High School Diploma.
• Experience with elderly residents; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding per care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, groomed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during your shift.
• Report any change of condition to your supervisor immediately.
