Barnes & Noble College in New Jersey is seeking a Full-Time Campus Store Team Member to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily store operations. You will greet customers, help locate materials, operate the POS system, and maintain a tidy, well-stocked sales floor in a fast-paced campus store environment.

Responsibilities include inventory support, product knowledge development, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals, with a schedule of 30–40 hours per week

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials, school supplies, apparel and gifts.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions including cash, card, and financial aid purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor through merchandising and housekeeping.
• Support inventory and receiving tasks to keep the store customer-ready.
• Develop product knowledge to confidently assist customers with promotions and store services.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily priorities in a fast-paced setting.
