Job summary

Barnes & Noble College Campus Store is hiring a Full-Time Campus Store Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily operations. You will help students, faculty, and alumni, maintain a welcoming store, and ensure products are easy to find, with a focus on accuracy at checkout.

You will work a year-round schedule, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding Barnes & Noble College brand standards and delivering a superior shopping

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating materials and merchandise.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
