Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Seasonal Campus Store Team Member in our college bookstore. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, help customers locate course materials, apparel, and gifts, and operate the POS system to process transactions.

Maintain a clean, stocked sales floor and assist with inventory, receiving merchandise, and day-to-day operations to support campus life. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials, apparel, gifts, and other merchandise.
• Operate the POS system to process transactions, including cash, credit, and financial aid purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor through merchandising and replenishment.
• Assist with inventory, receiving merchandise, and other store operations as needed.
