Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join our energetic kitchen team at Oakwood University. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment you will prepare and present meals with an emphasis on scratch cooking, quality, and portion control.

You will collaborate with a motivated staff, follow recipes and safety policies, manage multiple tasks, and ensure every plate meets our standards. Prior culinary experience and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking environment.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience required.
