Job summary

Sound Telecom is hiring a Full-Time Call Center Representative in Spokane, WA. You will warmly greet callers, verify message details, and enter information into our computer system with careful attention to detail. A weekend day and holidays schedule is required, with a pay range of $18–$21 per hour.

Full-Time Call Center Representative

Location: Spokane, WA (In-Office) l Pay: $18-$21/hr

Schedule:40 hours/week, 10-hr shifts l Must work one weekend day (Sat or Sun) and Holidays

What You'll Do:

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work one weekend day each week.

Pay: Earn a premium rate of $21/hour by maintaining perfect attendance. This includes punctuality at the shift start, timely returns from breaks, and full shift completion. The base rate without perfect attendance is $18/hour.
