Pay:$18-$21/hr l Hours: Part-Time, Requires 1 weekend day (Sat/Sun) and Holidays

Sound Telecom is hiring Part-Time Call Center Agents to assist callers during critical moments – from medical inquiries to locksmith requests. We handle inbound calls only; no sales or outbound calling required. No experience needed as we provide fully paid, hands‑on training.

• Use our call processing system to prioritize customer needs efficiently.

Pay:Earn a premium rate of $21/hour by maintaining perfect attendance. This includes punctuality at the shift start, timely returns from breaks, and full shift completion. The base rate without perfect attendance is $18/hour.
