Job summary

Burlington Stores in Montclair, CA is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back-of-house operations. You will supervise receiving, unloading, sorting, and moving merchandise to the sales floor, while ensuring clean, organized facilities and strong teamwork.

You will manage workload, coach associates, assist in recruitment, and partner with store leadership. Base pay is competitive with benefits and flexible hours for a growing retail brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving, unloading, sorting, and pushing goods to floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Uphold asset protection practices and shrink reduction efforts.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload, coach and recognize performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and community relations activities.
