Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back of house operations at our Houston area location. You will supervise receiving, unloading, and merchandise flow to the sales floor, while maintaining organization and safety standards.

The role focuses on developing teams, driving results, and coordinating with store management. Experience in off-price or big-box retail is preferred; flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and positive, engaging attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead back of house operations including receiving deliveries, unloading, and sorting merchandise.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization meet standards.
• Enforce asset protection strategies and safety guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff.
• Plan weekly workload and participate in team meetings.
