Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Full-time Sales Associate for our Reno branch at 1155 S Rock Blvd, NV 89502. You will engage B2B customers, consult on inventory management solutions, and build lasting relationships through proactive service and solution selling.

You’ll work with a team to meet performance goals, manage field activity, and participate in ongoing training. A valid driver’s license and customer-service focus are required as you represent our local Fastenal storefront.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain a driver's license.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a consultative sales approach.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Support B2B sales and customer service activities.
• Provide value through consultative selling of inventory management solutions.
• Develop new relationships and grow existing ones from leads and referrals.
