Job summary

Storage Asset Management seeks an experienced Sales/Property Manager to drive rentals and lead a dynamic team at our West Virginia location. You will conduct engaging facility tours, maintain a premier property presentation, and execute targeted marketing plans.

Strong leadership and a proven sales background are essential to succeed in this role. You will mentor assistant managers, manage rent collections, and ensure accurate accounting while representing SAM in local associations and events.

• Participate in tailored sales training and industry events.
• Mentor and empower assistant managers with your sales acumen.
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees.
• Maintain precise accounting records with transparency.
