Storage Asset Management is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive tenant storage rentals and lead local marketing efforts. You will conduct facility tours, maintain a pristine property, and manage rent collections with transparent financial records.

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into immediate storage rentals.
• Elevate the customer experience with engaging facility tours.
• Ensure the facility is impeccably clean and well-maintained.
• Execute daily facility inspections for premium presentation.
• Strategically implement marketing plans following guidelines.
• Establish a visible presence in local professional associations and community functions.
• Participate in tailored sales training and industry events.
• Mentor and empower assistant managers with your sales acumen.
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees.

Requirements:
