Job summary

Storage Asset Management in Ocala, FL is seeking an energetic Sales & Property Manager to grow occupancy and revenue for our self-storage facilities. You will lead tours, convert inquiries, and coordinate leasing, maintenance, and marketing activities to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have a proven sales track record, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage teams, with weekend availability and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain precise accounting records with transparency.
