Job summary

Storage Asset Management is seeking a dynamic onsite Property Sales Manager to convert inquiries into rentals, lead tours, and drive a superior customer experience. You will oversee facility upkeep, perform inspections, and execute local marketing plans while mentoring junior staff and handling rent collections.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:
