Storage Asset Management is seeking a sales-driven manager to convert inquiries into rentals and lead tours that showcase our premium self-storage facilities. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, well-presented site and executing strategic marketing within local markets.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales or management background in retail or operations, excellent communication skills, and is available on weekends.

• Ensure the facility is impeccably clean and well-maintained.
• Execute daily facility inspections for premium presentation.
• Strategically implement marketing plans following guidelines.
• Establish a visible presence in local professional associations and community functions.
• Participate in tailored sales training and industry events.
• Mentor and empower assistant managers with your sales acumen.
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees.
• Maintain precise accounting records with transparency.
