Job summary

Storage Asset Management in Idaho Falls is seeking a results-driven Property Sales Manager to lead leasing and resident services for our self-storage portfolio. You will champion inquiries, conduct facility tours, maintain presentation standards, and execute local marketing plans to grow occupancy.

The role requires strong communication, proven sales or retail experience, and the ability to manage teams, collect rent, and keep accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into storage rentals.
• Lead facility tours and maintain premium presentation standards.
• Execute daily operations, rent collections and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Implement marketing plans and participate in community outreach.
• Mentor and empower assistant managers to drive sales.
• Occasional weekend availability may be required.

Requirements:
