Responsabilités

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action
• Coach and develop team members; lead by example in guest engagement and product knowledge
• Assist in hiring, training, and motivating staff
• Support Store Manager with daily operations: ordering, inventory, coaching
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness; enforce policies consistently
• Operate POS system and handle candy/merchandise with accuracy
• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 40 pounds as needed
