Job summary

Lolli & Pops at West County Center is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead store operations and guest experience. You will drive KPI targets, engage customers with product knowledge, and coach the team to deliver outstanding service.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will assist in hiring, training, inventory management, and merchandising, while ensuring policies are followed and the store runs smoothly. This role requires standing for long periods and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store KPI targets and drive results to achieve targets
• Engage guests through suggestive selling, product knowledge, and sampling
• Coach and develop team members to improve selling skills and service
• Assist in hiring, training, developing and motivating team members
• Support Store Manager with daily operations: ordering, inventory management, and coaching
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness
• Enforce policies and directives consistently
• Be an ambassador of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store
• Stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours)
• Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs and operate POS systems
• Communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and digitally
