AMR is seeking Dispatchers to respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services. This full-time role assigns and routes transportation requests and requires clear communication to ensure quality support.

Immediate start is available with competitive hourly wages starting at $17.00+ DOE. You will document and coordinate trip data, and work closely with health and safety teams.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some work experience in dispatch or routing calls in customer service.

Mansioni

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services.
• Schedule, assign, review and route transportation requests.
• Document communications following protocols and escalate issues as necessary.
• Communicate trip data including confirmations, routing time, issues and performance.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and coworkers.
• Maintain organization, multitasking and time management.
