Qualifications

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, contractors and personnel by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Assist with monitoring entry/exit points and maintaining logs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, contractors, and personnel by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct arriving personnel and vehicles according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and shift activities accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.
