Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist with access control procedures.
• Monitor entry points and verify credentials/visitor authorizations.
• Manage vehicle and pedestrian access at gates, docks, and entry points.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct patrols of access points, loading areas, parking, and perimeter.
