Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Manage access control points by verifying credentials and directing authorized individuals.
• Respond to incidents and escalation procedures in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior/exterior areas to identify unusual activity and maintain security.
• Document incidents and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
