Responsibilities

• Respond calmly to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations, notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist directions, and report unusual conditions.
• Complete accurate incident reports and logs with professional communication.
