Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and authorization, and control entry and exit for personnel, vehicles, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-control incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, the business, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity and support security-related operations.
