The role focuses on responding to incidents, maintaining access records, patrolling perimeters, and coordinating with site contacts to deter unauthorized activity while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Age requirements: 18+ for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen are required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a tech/location while following site procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access control systems and verify credentials; manage visitor registration and maintain access records.
• Control entry/exit points for personnel, guests, vendors, and deliveries; report unauthorized access attempts and irregular conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access issues using established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and common areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
