Qualifications

• Access control and badge verification experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors; follow security procedures and site access policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry logs, and direct authorized personnel.
• Deter unauthorized entry by observing traffic and escalating concerns per policy.
• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate with site contacts and leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, operational areas, and perimeter.
