Allied Universal Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Part Time Security Officer for Credential Verification. You will monitor entry points, verify access, and maintain logs for a logistics and distribution site, while delivering strong customer service to clients, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and team members by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and maintain visitor, driver, and contractor logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, including the facility perimeter, parking areas, and access points, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and access-control activities through accurate reports and required shift records.
