Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Tue 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Wed 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Sat 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Sun 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the industrial construction location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and directing authorized personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around entry points, work areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized access, unusual activity, and potential site concerns.
• Maintain accurate access logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while supporting a professional, orderly environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
