Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM
• Tue: 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM
• Fri: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Sat: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Sun: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific access-control policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry logs, and direct authorized personnel to designated areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Help to deter unauthorized entry by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, reporting access-control concerns, and following established escalation procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, operational areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary throughout the industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
