Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in West Memphis, AR. This role offers flexible hours with fixed anchor shifts and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor, vendor, and delivery activity per site requirements.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications.
