Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and authorized personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, manage visitor access, and maintain logs.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner following site procedures.
• Communicate concerns and unauthorized access to Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, building areas, and perimeter locations.
