Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and deliveries by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.

• Observe vehicle traffic at gates and loading areas; document irregularities per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking lots, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
