Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, performing access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain access records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate incidents and policy violations clearly with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
