Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician at our Chandler, AZ location to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and support kids in learning through play and daily activities.

No experience is required; paid training and full coverage of your RBT certification are provided. Full-time schedule with predictable daytime hours, and opportunities for growth within ABC.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
