Action Behavior Centers in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy. This full-time position offers predictable daytime hours, with a Monday–Friday schedule and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification
• Team mindset: may assist nearby ABC clinic

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
