Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician to work with children aged 18 months to 8 years in Sun City, AZ. You will provide play-based ABA therapy, follow individual plans, and collect data in a collaborative, supportive team environment.

No prior experience required; paid training is provided and ABC fully covers the RBT certification. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with opportunities for growth and raises after certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; prove degree via diploma or official transcript.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
