Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Apache Junction, AZ is hiring for full-time Behavior Technician roles. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following treatment plans, and collecting session data. Training is provided, and RBT certification is fully covered.

Applicants should be at least 18 years old with a Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree is a plus. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, and compensation starts at

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• Experience with children and settings supporting autism is a plus.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
