Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a Behavior Technician to work with children aged 18 months to 8 years in Glendale, AZ. You will implement play-based ABA plans, collect data, and support progress in communication, social, and daily living skills.

No experience required; paid training and full RBT certification coverage are provided. This is a guaranteed full-time role with a predictable daytime schedule and opportunities for growth within the ABC network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with proof of degree.
• At least 18 years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Monitor active engagement and progress during therapy sessions.
