Qualifications

• High school diploma required; at least 18 years of age.
• Must be well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.
• Willingness to complete RBT training if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
