Disney Parks, Experiences and Products is seeking a Software Engineer with a passion for building world‑class products and enabling our businesses to be future ready. We are looking for an engineer who has full stack programming experience and is enthusiastic to build and maintain new applications, improving our Guest and Cast experiences.

The role requires 3+ years of software engineering experience, strong Java/Spring and cloud-native development, Docker/Kubernetes, and a good track record

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field or related equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement reliable, high‑throughput, low latency, scalable and well‑documented code to tackle sophisticated algorithms
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and other partners to propose extensible, reusable and performant solutions
• Experiment, develop proof of concept with relevant new technologies
• Able to work independently to analyze and solve issues as an individual contributor
• Troubleshoot, fix problems reported in lower and production environments
• Write unit and component tests to ensure delivery of high‑quality code
• Monitor and proactively improve production run quality of applications
• Work in a scrum team and provide your daily updates
