Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science completed by Summer 2026.
• 1–2 software engineering internships or equivalent project experience.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and interest in full-stack development (React, Node.js, Postgres).
• Eagerness to learn and take feedback, with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and ownership across projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features across TRM’s core products and internal tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify requirements and break down complex problems.
• Learn how to design and build APIs and services with scalability and performance in mind.
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code delivering value to customers.
• Continuously improve through feedback, pair programming, code reviews, and retrospectives.
