The estimated base salary range for this position is $130,000–$150,000, with potential participation in TRM's equity plan. Work will be based in our Los Angeles office, requiring in-person collaboration at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 1–2 software engineering internships, or equivalent experience through projects.
• Demonstrated capability to take ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features across core products.
• Collaborate to clarify requirements and break down problems.
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code.

Skills

Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript

Interest in full-stack development (React, Node.js, Postgres)

Strong communication skills

Initiative in projects

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
