Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking an early-career Product Engineer to grow quickly by shipping real-world features in a fast-paced team. You will work across the full stack (React, Node.js, Postgres) and collaborate with product managers and designers to solve real problems in financial crime tech.

The role offers mentorship from senior engineers and opportunities to own pieces of projects, build APIs, and contribute to TRM’s mission to build a safer financial system for billions of people.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field (completed by Summer 2026).
• 1–2 software engineering internships, or equivalent project experience.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and an interest in full-stack development (React, Node.js, Postgres).
• Eagerness to learn and curiosity about unfamiliar systems or tools.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features across TRM’s core products and internal tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify requirements and break down problems.
• Design and build APIs and services with scalability and maintainability in mind.
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code delivering value to customers.
