Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking an early-career Product Engineer to contribute to full-stack development across core products and internal tools. You will work with React, Node.js, and Postgres, under senior engineers, to deliver real-world features that improve the safety of the crypto economy.

You will be based in a US office (Los Angeles or San Francisco) with a hybrid schedule requiring three in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field, completed by Summer 2026.
• 1–2 software engineering internships or equivalent project experience.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and full-stack development (React, Node.js, Postgres).
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and show curiosity about new systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to own tasks and explain thinking clearly.
• Demonstrated initiative through projects, internships, or campus involvement.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features across core products and internal tools with mentorship.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify requirements and break down problems.
• Design and build scalable APIs and services with performance in mind.
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code delivering value to customers.
• Engage in feedback loops, pair programming, and code reviews to improve work.
