Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Java or similar language; Python a plus.
• Strong frontend knowledge (React/Angular/Vue) and full-stack concepts.
• Basics of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop services and applications within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) team.
• Write, debug, and maintain code primarily in Java; exposure to Python.
• Collaborate to design, develop, and test software solutions.
• Optimize database schemas and queries for performance and scalability.
• Learn and use automation tools like Jenkins, Gradle, JUnit, Terraform.
• Participate in code reviews to improve skills and practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot software performance with the team.
• Stay updated with new technologies and share insights.
