Job summary

Cadmus seeks a Mid-Level Full Stack Java Developer to join our Agile team supporting a multi-year federal contract. You will build and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Angular, REST APIs, and relational databases.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Java/Spring/Angular experience with strong debugging and design skills, and can collaborate with architects, testers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience and 6+ years of software development.
• Experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Angular, and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Participate throughout the Agile software development lifecycle including backlog refinement, sprint planning, development, testing, deployment, and retrospectives.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Design and implement RESTful web services and APIs using Spring Boot.
• Develop components following coding standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Work with Oracle/SQL Server and write efficient SQL queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
