Innova Solutions is actively seeking a Full stack Java Developer for a Plano, TX onsite role. The candidate will work on Java/Spring microservices with AWS, plus JavaScript/React front-end, delivering end-to-end features in a 6+ month contract to hire arrangement.

The ideal applicant has hands-on experience with ECS/EKS/Lambdas, strong backend capabilities, and a proven track record in fast-paced, client-facing projects within enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java, Spring Framework, and microservices.
• React and JavaScript front-end experience.

• Familiarity with Copilot or Claude; discussions on AI agents are a plus.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: Between $70 - $75 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
